Precious, rare, expensive: it is the white truffle, the king of its category. The peak period is approaching for the harvesting of one of the most sought-after culinary delicacies in the world. 

The 50th edition of the San Miniato White Truffle Exhibition and Market will take place over the course of three weekends. On November 13/14, 20/21, and the 27/28, the city of the Rocca (named for its tower) will be the center of a unique enogastronomic event. 

So, without further ado… let the truffle season begin!
