The Campania region is probably most renowned for its famous coastlines such as Amalfi and Cilento and for its islands like Capri, Ischia, and Procida. These are some of the most popular tourist destinations on earth.

It is also the birthplace of pizza and many other culinary delicacies as well as the city of Naples, who many say is a city that must be visited at least once in a lifetime.
