The Hotel
Located near the escalator right in the historic center of Perugia, the hotel is housed in an elegant Art Nouveau building built in the early 1900s. It was totally renovated in 1998, when the owner transformed it into a hotel. Recently, some of interior has undergone additional renovation to enhance the characteristic features of the style and its decorative elegance.
The charming balconies, the large windows, the stained glass windows, the ceramic floors combined with the careful choice of details and appropriate furniture, offer the tourist a pleasant alternative to cold and impersonal modern structures.
For twenty years, the family-run hotel has been working hard and passionately to best accommodate families, couples and chocolate lovers! They offer double and family rooms with private bathrooms for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet location just a stone’s throw from the festival. They offer an ample breakfast to start your day and immerse yourself in the medieval streets of the historic center of Perugia! In addition, a convenient parking lot, with a small fee by reservation, allows guests to leave their car and move freely about the city.
Eurochocolate 2019
Eurochocolate is one of the most famous chocolate festivals in Europe. It takes place every year in Perugia in October. Both Italian, European and international chocolatiers will be present with their innovations. There will be workshops where visitors can take part, food stands, themed events, tasting routes, shows and much more!
The origins of the event date back to 1994, and since it’s first edition, Perugia has definitely earned its well-deserved title of the “City of Chocolate”.
