The Hotel
Located near the escalators in the historic center of Perugia, the hotel resides in an elegant Art Nouveau style building. The building dates back to the early 1900’s and was completely restored in 1998, when the owners decided to dedicate the residence to an accommodation facility. In recent times, the interior has been renovated in order to enhance the characteristic features of the style and to accentuate its elegance. Characterized by small balconies with large, stained glass windows and ceramic floors and perfectly furnished, the hotel is a wonderful alternative to modern hotels.
Boasting over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, this hotel is run by the family with passion and commitment. They offer a memorable stay for everyone: families with children, couples and lone travelers who come here to visit the city or for work.

If you are on holiday with your children, then you cannot miss the opportunity to visit the Città della Domenica wildlife park. It is a wonderful park where families can spend a carefree day immersed in nature. This famous adventure park offers numerous activities, shows and entertainment and is just 12 minutes (8km) from the historic center of Perugia.
Just 30 minutes away, we find the city of Assisi. Rich in history, nature and spirituality, Assisi is of course, the city of Saint Francis. It houses the famous basilica complex, composed of the lower and upper basilica, where you’ll find artistic masterpieces. Also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It takes about 40 minutes to reach Lake Trasimeno from the historic center. Nature, art cities and magnificent medieval villages, the shores of this lake are undoubtedly worthy of a visit.
