From April 6 through 24, 2023, the 28th edition of the food and wine event known as Primavera del Prosecco will once again take place in Col San Martino in the Veneto region of northern Italy. The luxurious hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG are of course the backdrop.
This area has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site and throughout the territory, various events are proposed to visitors, from hiking and cycling routes through the vineyards to art shows, tastings, markets, and even a helicopter ride over this breathtaking area.
Primavera del Prosecco is organized in such a way that visitors can choose from a wide variety of events, dates, and locations spread across the entire area as well as the calendar from March through June.
