The building dates back to the early 1900s and was completely restored in 1998 when the owners decided to convert the residence into a hotel. Characterized by small balconies with large, stained glass windows and ceramic floors, and impeccably furnished, it is the perfect alternative to modern hotels.
Family owned and managed, and boasting over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, the hotel is run with passion and commitment.

What to Do and See
The hotel is close to the most important tourist attractions of the city, such as: Corso Vannucci and the main squares of Piazza IV Novembre with the Duomo; the Fontana Maggiore and Palazzo dei Priori; Piazza Italia with the imposing Rocca Paolina; and all the suggestive gates of the Etruscan walls such as the Arco Etrusco. It’s also just a few steps away from the main offices of the University of Perugia, including the renowned University for Foreigners.
The excellent location within the city, but outside the limited traffic zone, allows you to arrive at the hotel by car without permits. You can park and walk around the narrow medieval streets of the center. The hotel is also a convenient “home-base” for planning outings to the magnificent towns in Umbria such as Assisi (distance 25 km), Spoleto (distance 60 km), Spello (distance 30 km), Gubbio (distance 40 km), Orvieto (distance 75 km), Lake Trasimeno (28 km away).
