The walking tour of Bari will depart at:
- 10 am (year-round)
- 3 pm (winter from 1st Oct to 30th Apr)
- 6 pm sunset tour (from 1st May to 30th September)
The walking tour Bari will depart from Norman-Swabian Castle.
In every corner of Bari, you’ll experience the beauty of religious and folk traditions. The tour starts from the Norman-Swabian Castle, a fortress on the sea built during the Empire of Frederick II. It then continues through the alleys towards the famous Basilica of San Nicola (Patron Saint) and the Cathedral of San Sabino.
During the visit, you’ll encounter houses with open doors where Bari’s women are making handmade orecchiette. During the tour, you will be able to taste the typical focaccia from Bari.
The guided tour will last approximately 2h.
