After the amazing success of last year and lots of visitors between Rome and Florence, the National Panettone and Pandoro Fair is back again this year. This year’s edition will take place in both Milan and then Rome.

The Panettone and Pandoro Fair

2019 marks the sixth edition for this event. Over the years, many companies have contributed and participated in the event, gaining notoriety and important recognition. The Panettone and Pandoro Fair boasts a multi-year partnership with the only official body for the protection and enhancement of the two products that are the protagonists of the festival: the Italian Consortium of Panettone Artigianale.

Numerous events are scheduled. The undisputed stars of the show will obviously be the famous Christmas cakes, but visitors will get to take an important role as well! The National Panettone and Pandoro Fair was one of the first to introduce an impartial jury during its contests. During the “Ambassador of the Panettone” event, you could be the one to decide the winner of the taste test challenge.

Pastry chefs will be there to share their knowledge in various events, cooking demos and courses. It’s all about promoting the artisan culture of this delicious, traditional cake.
